The Esther Foundation (TEF) is a nonprofit education and youth development organization advancing equitable access to learning, digital skills, and child-centered development in underserved and displacement-affected communities.
Our work is rights-based, safeguarding-led, partnership-driven, and evidence-informed, with a focus on long-term systems strengthening rather than short-term interventions.
We work with schools, communities, and partners to strengthen education systems, protect children, and prepare young people for long-term academic, economic, and life success.

TEF strengthens formal and non-formal education systems to ensure children can access, remain in, and benefit meaningfully from learning.

The Esther Foundation strengthens educational access, learning quality, and future readiness for children and adolescents by delivering integrated scholarship support, digital skills education, education-in-emergencies programming, and youth development initiatives across underserved communities.
Our Purpose
To disrupt cycles of educational exclusion and vulnerability by strengthening learning pathways, safeguarding children’s dignity, and equipping young people with the skills and support needed for long-term academic, economic, and social outcomes.

The Esther Foundation currently operates in the United States and Nigeria, working in close partnership with schools, community institutions, and local stakeholders to deliver context-responsive education and child-focused programs.
