About The Esther Foundation
Empowering the Next Generation. Restoring Hope. Reviving Hearts.
The Esther Foundation (TEF) is a U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization headquartered in Seattle, empowering communities through outreach programs in Nigeria with a vision to reach young people across the globe.
We exist to equip children, teenagers, and teachers with practical, transferable digital skills that open pathways to future employment and innovation. Our mission is simple yet powerful:
To prepare and empower the next generation to thrive spiritually, intellectually, and economically.
To fulfill this mission, The Esther Foundation operates through three interconnected arms, each addressing a key need in the life of a child.
OUR VISION
Every child loved, equipped, and thriving in Christ.
OUR MISSION
The Esther Foundation provides charitable support by advancing educational and spiritual development, offering resources and opportunities such as scholarships, internships, and mentorship, so that children and teens are equipped to thrive.
The Arms of The Esther Foundation
Equipping by Education (EBE)
At The Esther Foundation, our Equipping by Education (EBE) initiative is dedicated to bridging the digital divide in underserved communities. We provide ICT education, digital skills training, teacher development, and scholarships to young students in primary and secondary schools.
Our goal is simple but powerful - to equip children and teens with practical, transferable digital skills that open pathways to future employment and innovation. By investing in education today, we’re preparing a generation ready to thrive in the technology-driven world of tomorrow.
Esther’s Heart
Where compassion meets action.
Esther’s Heart is the humanitarian arm of The Esther Foundation.
We are on a mission to share the love of Jesus with children and teens living in IDP camps, orphanage homes, and underserved communities.
Through practical support and faith in action, we bring hope, nourishment, and care to those who need it most.

Revival Beyond the Four Walls
We believe the gospel of Jesus is not confined to the four walls of the church, but breathes life into every home and community. Our goal is to partner with families in this incredible journey, raising up a vibrant generation of Kingdom leaders, innovative culture shapers, brilliant scientists, imaginative creatives, and visionary economists; ultimately, we are here to support whatever unique calling each child has in their life.
Together, we aspire to see Jesus glorified in every family and reflected in the lives of every child and teen. Join us as we embark on this transformative adventure, shaping a future filled with hope, purpose, and unshakeable faith!
