How We Create Lasting Change
We address the realities that shape a child's future—from barriers to education and limited access to practical skills, to displacement, vulnerability, and the absence of supportive communities. Our programs are therefore designed to work together, addressing immediate needs while building the capacity, confidence, and opportunities young people need to thrive. Through Equipping by Education (EBE), we provide scholarships, strengthen access to education, develop digital and practical skills, foster leadership, and create safe learning environments, including support for children affected by displacement and crisis. Through Esther's Heart, we extend this work into communities through humanitarian outreach, child protection, care-institution engagement, and support for vulnerable families. By connecting education, opportunity, care, and character development, we create pathways that move children from vulnerability toward resilience and young people from potential toward purpose—building the foundations for lasting change that can extend from one child to a family, from a family to a community, and ultimately across generations.

Equipping by Education (EBE)
Education changes everything.
Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, dream, and build a future. Through Equipping by Education, we remove barriers to learning and prepare children with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive in school and beyond.
We provide educational support that helps children enroll in school, remain in school, and develop into responsible future leaders through ongoing mentorship and accountability.

The future belongs to children who can confidently navigate technology. Through digital literacy and ICT education, we equip students with foundational technology skills for tomorrow's workforce.

Education Should Never Stop Because of Displacement
For children forced from their homes by conflict and crisis, displacement should not mean the end of their education. Through our outreach to internally displaced communities, The Esther Foundation provides educational support and creates opportunities for children to continue learning despite the uncertainty around them. We believe that keeping children connected to education during a crisis gives them more than knowledge—it restores a sense of stability, dignity, and hope.
Our work with displaced children is part of a broader commitment to protect childhood and keep futures within reach, even in the most difficult circumstances. By providing learning opportunities and investing in safe, supportive environments, we help children navigate disruption today while preparing them for the possibilities of tomorrow.
Children Encountering God (CEG) — Church Beyond the Four Walls
We believe children deserve more than access to education, they deserve to encounter the love of Christ in practical, life-changing ways.
Through Children Encountering God, we take the Gospel beyond church buildings and into underserved communities, creating safe environments where children experience biblical teaching, joyful worship, mentorship, and holistic care.
Alongside every outreach, we seek to meet practical needs through activities, encouragement, relationship-building, and opportunities that help children flourish spiritually, emotionally, and socially.
